Job Summary
Leading enterprise interoperability initiatives, the full-time Director of Strategic Integration will manage partnerships and projects that enhance patient engagement and data-sharing in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead enterprise interoperability initiatives supporting hospitals, providers, and technology partners
- Serve as the primary business owner for interoperability partnerships and oversee implementation and relationship management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate secure healthcare data exchange and optimize patient communications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8-10+ years of experience in healthcare technology, interoperability, or healthcare operations
- Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-scale implementations and strategic initiatives
- Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability concepts, including HL7, FHIR, and APIs
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver complex initiatives in a large healthcare organization
