Director of Strategic Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing service line in litigation support, the full-time salaried Director of Strategic Operations will design the operating model, set strategic goals, and own the technology strategy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Set the strategic roadmap and annual planning goals for the litigation support service line
• Design and implement the end-to-end operating model for filing and service of process
• Own the growth plan and collaborate with Sales and Enablement on the commercial playbook

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, or consulting, preferably in a high-growth startup
• Proven track record of scaling operations, teams, or processes into new markets or service lines
• Experience shipping internal tooling alongside product and engineering teams
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
