Director of Strategic Partnerships

Job Summary

Driving the growth of strategic partnerships, the full-time Director of Strategic Partnerships will manage existing relationships and identify new collaborations while working remotely to align partnerships with the company's long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster strong partner relationships as the primary point of contact to ensure long-term collaboration
• Develop and execute structured business plans or quarterly OKRs that maximize the potential of strategic partnerships
• Analyze data to uncover trends and identify opportunities for improving business KPIs and driving smarter decisions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion
• A data-driven approach to decision-making with the ability to analyze complex situations
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a high-growth environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders
