Director of Strategy and Growth

Job Summary

Leading enterprise growth initiatives, the full-time hybrid Director of Strategy and Growth will partner with executive leadership to identify and advance strategic opportunities, influence decision-making, and build organizational capability across brands and regions.

Key responsibilities

• Set the enterprise growth agenda by collaborating with senior leaders to prioritize strategic opportunities
• Lead initiatives from concept through activation, structuring workstreams and enabling cross-functional execution
• Influence executive decisions by translating insights into actionable recommendations and narratives

Required qualifications

• BS or BA in Business, Economics, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in corporate strategy or business transformation, with at least 4 years in management consulting
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-level strategy work and influence at the executive level
• Strong commercial and financial competence, including market assessment and financial modeling
• Experience developing talent and leading cross-functional project teams
