Director of Strategy and Growth
Job Summary
Partnering with the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, the full-time remote Sr Director of Strategy and Growth will support strategic planning and execution of key initiatives across the East Region, driving alignment and operational effectiveness in a complex, matrixed environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and advance regional payer, partnership, and growth strategies in collaboration with senior leadership
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to support strategic priorities and facilitate stakeholder alignment
- Evaluate strategic opportunities and challenges, developing actionable recommendations for growth and performance improvement
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, value-based care, or related fields
- 5+ years of direct people management or leadership experience
- 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional strategy or growth initiatives in a matrixed environment
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning and data-driven problem solving
- 5+ years managing senior executive stakeholders and facilitating cross-functional alignment
