To drive product vision and strategy for innovative AI solutions in the healthcare sector, the full-time salaried Director of Strategy and Operations will oversee the entire product lifecycle for custom-developed Life Sciences AI products, collaborating with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand Life Sciences partners' business needs and translate these into clear product vision and strategy
- Manage the product lifecycle from inception through development, launch, and post-market evaluation
- Drive communication and alignment with partners and internal teams for all product-related workstreams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management or strategy within healthcare and technology
- Proven track record of managing AI products through the entire lifecycle, from ideation to launch
- Extensive experience in customer and/or partner management
- Deep familiarity with the drug development lifecycle
- Skilled at distilling feedback into clear product requirements and roadmaps
