Job Summary

Leading the development of infrastructure solutions and product roadmaps, the full-time Director of Strategy for Networking will focus on high-speed networking, optical technologies, and Enterprise AI platforms while working remotely or from Austin, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for high-speed networking and optical solutions, aligning with customer needs and industry trends
• Drive strategic partnerships to enhance innovation and competitive differentiation in the market
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into product requirements and ensure successful product positioning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline (Master's or PhD preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in optical networking, switch architecture, or silicon photonics
• Proven track record in managing optical modules or photonic integration strategies
• Strong understanding of network architectures and the ability to drive execution across large organizations
• Familiarity with open-source frameworks related to IT infrastructure
