Job Summary
Leading the Study Evidence and Readiness function, the full-time remote Director of Study Evidence will manage TMF Operations and Inspection Readiness, ensuring clinical studies maintain complete and inspection-ready evidence while developing global teams and overseeing departmental resources.
Key responsibilities
- Set strategy and priorities for TMF Operations and Inspection Readiness, ensuring alignment with evidence stewardship
- Lead and develop global teams, managing performance and engagement while building succession plans
- Provide oversight of TMF health and inspection readiness, establishing metrics and recommendations for evidence gaps
Required qualifications
- Doctorate degree with 4 years of related experience, or Master's degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of directly related experience
- 4 years of direct managerial and/or leadership experience
- 11 years of work experience in life sciences or a medically related field, including 8 years in biopharmaceutical clinical research
- Experience in TMF operations and inspection readiness
- Knowledge of global GCP and regulatory expectations for clinical trial conduct
