Director of Success Architecture
Job Summary
As a full-time remote opportunity, the Director of Qualified Success Architecture will build and lead a team focused on implementing and adopting the Qualified platform, driving customer success through strategic partnerships and executive-level engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Hire, onboard, and develop elite Success Architects while raising the bar with each hire
- Execute and evolve the Qualified Implementation Framework, making it the gold standard
- Guide strategic customers through architecture and data model rollouts, ensuring alignment with revenue goals
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership roles
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Proven track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
- Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and marketing automation systems
- Familiarity with web/scripting technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
