Director of Supply Chain

Job Summary

Leading supply chain initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Supply Chain will develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier performance, and drive material productivity while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support enterprise business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement enterprise sourcing and category management strategies across direct and indirect spend categories
• Manage supplier performance outcomes, including quality, on-time delivery, and cost competitiveness
• Establish sourcing policies and risk management processes to ensure supply continuity and compliance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management within manufacturing environments
• Proven track record in negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing supplier partnerships
• Experience in developing supplier performance improvement initiatives related to quality and delivery
• Strong understanding of supplier quality systems and risk management methodologies
