Director of Supply Chain
Job Summary
Taking ownership of the supply chain processes, the full-time remote Director of Supply Chain will manage supplier relationships, oversee demand planning, and develop a logistics network while leading a growing team.
Key responsibilities
- Own the monthly supply plan and manage relationships with contract manufacturers and pack-out partners
- Build and implement a negotiation program for supplier agreements, including pricing tiers and performance scorecards
- Design and optimize the logistics and 3PL network to enhance cost efficiency and operational effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in CPG supply chain, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience managing an asset-light contract manufacturing network
- Proven track record in negotiating supplier agreements and managing cost-per-unit metrics
- Experience in building supply plans and running an S&OP process
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
