Director of Supply Chain Analytics

Job Summary

Leading the analytical engine for network optimization, the full-time remote Director of Supply Chain Analytics will manage advanced analytics and business intelligence capabilities to enhance supply chain performance, focusing on network design, capacity investments, and inventory efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own the network optimization roadmap and lead future-state network design in collaboration with functional leaders
• Provide analytical insights to optimize network performance and develop long-range capacity plans aligned with growth strategies
• Build and lead a high-performing team, translating complex data into actionable insights for executive decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, operations research, or related field; Master's or advanced quantitative degree preferred
• 10 years of experience in supply chain analytics, including 5 years in analytics leadership with people management responsibility
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to develop and evaluate total delivered cost models
• Experience with network optimization tools and methodologies, as well as BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex trade-offs and communicate recommendations to executive leadership
