Director of Supply Planning

Job Summary

Leading a team of supply chain professionals, the full-time remote Director of Supply Planning will oversee the monthly S&OP process, manage inventory performance, and ensure data accuracy while driving operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the monthly S&OP process and reconcile demand and supply plans to resolve inventory gaps
• Own inventory policy and manage KPIs related to in-stock rates and inventory turns
• Ensure data accuracy in ERP systems and develop reporting platforms for operational performance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or supply chain analytics, preferably in CPG food and beverage
• 3+ years of leadership experience with a focus on developing team members
• Proven ownership of an S&OP or IBP process with senior stakeholders
• Experience managing supply through co-manufacturers and setting inventory policies
• Strong command of ERP data and planning math, with experience in data integrity and system integrations
