Director of TA Infrastructure

Job Summary

Bridging deep TA process knowledge with strong systems management, the full-time salaried Director of TA Infrastructure will optimize and oversee the Avature platform and foundational TA systems, ensuring operational excellence and effective vendor relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the optimization and operational excellence of the Avature platform post-implementation, including vendor management and performance reviews
• Serve as the primary liaison between Talent Acquisition, the Project Madagascar program team, and People Product & DT, translating technical requirements for practitioners
• Govern and design the TA technology stack, ensuring interoperability and reliability of systems like Avature, LinkedIn, and HackerRank

Required qualifications

• Background in TA technology, operations, and strategy, with a strong preference for Avature experience
• Prior experience as a recruiter or sourcing practitioner is highly desirable
• Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and driving system adoption at scale
• Expert-level collaboration skills with cross-functional experience
• Ability to operate independently while aligning with TA strategy
