Director of Talent Acquisition

Job Summary

Leading the global recruiting function, the full-time remote Director of Talent Acquisition will own the talent acquisition strategy, manage a global recruiting team, and partner with executives to ensure effective hiring practices aligned with business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the global talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with business hiring needs
• Partner with executives and HR leaders to anticipate talent needs and develop proactive acquisition plans
• Coach and develop the recruiting team while providing strategic oversight for regional recruiting efforts

Required qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience in a global, technology, or SaaS environment
• At least 5 years of experience in people leadership and team development
• Proven ability to influence and lead recruiting teams in a matrixed environment, particularly with oversight of India-based teams
• Experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools and a strong understanding of compliance and bias mitigation
• Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and metrics to improve hiring outcomes
