Job Summary

Leading the recruiting function remotely, the full-time salaried Director of Talent Acquisition will set and execute the talent acquisition strategy, coach the recruiting team, and partner with executives to attract exceptional talent while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute the talent acquisition strategy aligned with company goals and workforce plans
• Lead, coach, and develop the recruiting team to foster a high-trust, high-accountability culture
• Utilize recruiting data to improve sourcing, assessment, and selection practices while reporting progress to leadership

Required qualifications

• Significant talent acquisition experience, including leading high-performing in-house recruiting teams
• Experience in a dynamic software company with a focus on business-critical hiring
• Deep expertise across the recruiting lifecycle, including workforce planning and closing
• Proven ability to modernize talent acquisition through strategy and technology
• Hands-on leadership style that balances strategy, people leadership, and execution
