Director of Talent Acquisition

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Talent Acquisition, the full-time remote position will manage the end-to-end hiring process across dual brands, focusing on attracting and engaging top talent while building a scalable recruiting function.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from workforce planning to candidate onboarding
• Lead searches for critical roles and develop proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines
• Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and executives, guiding them on market realities and hiring needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience in a high-growth environment
• Prior experience building or scaling a talent acquisition function, preferably in SaaS or life sciences
• Hands-on experience with an ATS, preferably Lever
• Experience recruiting across multiple geographies, including the US and international markets
