Director of Talent Acquisition
Job Summary
Owning the day-to-day operations and strategy of Talent Acquisition technology, the full-time Director of Talent Acquisition will manage the Avature platform post-implementation, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure system optimization while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead platform optimization and operational excellence for Avature following its go-live
- Serve as the primary liaison between Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams, translating technical requirements for practitioners
- Establish and track operational metrics and governance for TA systems to inform strategic decisions
Required qualifications
- Background in Talent Acquisition technology, operations, and strategy; experience with Avature is preferred
- Previous experience as a recruiter or sourcing practitioner is advantageous
- Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and driving system adoption
- Expert-level collaboration skills with cross-functional experience
- Ability to operate independently while aligning with TA strategy
