Job Summary
To build a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function, the full-time remote Director of Talent Acquisition will manage recruiting processes, implement AI-driven tools, and coach hiring managers while personally overseeing critical executive searches.
Key responsibilities
- Build and improve Talent Acquisition systems and playbooks for daily operations
- Integrate AI and automation into the recruiting workflow, enhancing sourcing and reporting
- Coach hiring managers to improve interview quality and consistency across the organization
Required qualifications
- Experience in both technical and GTM/Sales recruiting with a strong operational background
- Demonstrated ability to build leadership-facing dashboards and metrics for decision-making
- Proven track record in leading senior/executive-level searches
- Experience scaling Recruiting Operations with modern tools and analytics
- Self-driven with the ability to create momentum in a fully remote environment
