Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, the full-time Director of Talent Acquisition Strategy will build a scalable recruiting function that aligns with organizational growth while collaborating with executive leadership and optimizing hiring processes in a remote or onsite capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy that aligns with growth plans and workforce needs
• Build sustainable talent pipelines and enhance the employer brand through data-driven sourcing strategies
• Evaluate and optimize the end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive talent acquisition or HR experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience developing and executing talent acquisition strategies on a national scale
• Strong background in workforce planning and recruiting analytics
• Proven ability to analyze recruiting data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
