Job Summary

Leading a dedicated recruiting organization, the full-time Director of Talent Acquisition will own the end-to-end hiring strategy and performance for high-volume operations, ensuring staffing targets are met while managing new site launches in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the account-level talent acquisition strategy, including staffing plans and hiring forecasts aligned with client demands
• Lead, coach, and develop recruiting teams while establishing a culture of ownership and candidate care
• Direct multi-channel sourcing strategies and oversee hiring events to enhance recruitment efforts

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven success in high-volume and multi-site hiring within operations or logistics environments
• Experience supporting new site launches and achieving staffing and time-to-fill goals
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing a TA budget and forecasting expenses
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
