Job Summary
To drive a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, the remote Director of Talent Acquisition will oversee a team, build strong relationships with leadership, and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent globally.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals to support program execution and revenue generation
- Develop and maintain relationships with V2X leadership, managing expectations and seeking feedback for continuous improvement
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of the talent acquisition function while implementing strategies for both current and new business pursuits
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with 8+ years in leadership roles emphasizing international recruiting
- Proven success in building and leading dynamic talent acquisition teams
- Strong business acumen with a track record of developing innovative solutions
- Experience recruiting in defense, aerospace, engineering, and logistics sectors
