Job Summary

Leading a team of recruiters in a full-time remote position, the Director of Talent Acquisition will manage their own recruiting desk while developing strategies for sourcing and hiring senior-level talent across various roles, ensuring alignment with company growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of recruiters while personally handling full-cycle recruiting for strategic and executive roles
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy, ensuring an always-on hiring approach
• Own and enhance the recruiting process and metrics, utilizing technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and visibility

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on managing and developing recruiting teams
• Proven track record of successfully closing senior-level roles, preferably with agency experience
• Strong skills in Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Ashby, and familiarity with AI recruiting tools
• Experience in a fast-growing company is a plus
• Ability to present effectively to executive leadership while managing a personal recruiting desk
