Director of Talent Development
Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the remote Director of Talent Development will own and accelerate the Quavo Mastery Program, design flexible development programs for leaders and new hires, and build AI fluency within teams while overseeing a part-time Employment Enablement Architect.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and accelerate the Quavo Mastery Program, determining when to build custom content versus buy existing programs
- Design development programs to improve time to productivity for new hires and readiness for leaders
- Integrate AI fluency into learning design while managing the impact of cognitive offloading
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years in talent or leadership development, preferably in a fast-growth or PE-backed environment
- Experience in designing programs that adapt as the organization evolves
- Strong understanding of adult learning design and cohort-based leadership development
- Proven ability to integrate AI into learning design effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or a related field; master's degree preferred
