Director of Talent Intelligence
Job Summary
Building and leading a first-of-its-kind function, the full-time Director of Talent Intelligence will be responsible for developing a long-term talent pipeline through campus recruiting and market intelligence, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a recruiting and market intelligence team focused on talent mapping and competitive analysis
- Define and own the campus recruiting strategy, including target school selection and event programming
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience from recruitment through onboarding
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on campus and talent pipeline functions in high-growth companies
- Demonstrated experience in hiring for both technical and business roles
- Proven track record of building teams and programs from the ground up
- Strong analytical skills to inform strategy and measure outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
