Director of Talent Operations
Job Summary
To build scalable systems and operating infrastructure for human-data operations, the full-time remote Director of Talent Operations, Strategy & Automation will own the automation roadmap, redesign workflows, and shape the Ops Platform to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Talent Operations automation roadmap, focusing on high-impact opportunities for workflow automation and redesign
- Redesign workflows to identify bottlenecks and eliminate unnecessary manual tasks
- Drive cross-functional execution with Product, Engineering, and other teams from discovery through rollout
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in operations strategy, automation, or product operations
- Proven track record of transforming complex manual operations into scalable systems
- Hands-on experience with process mapping, workflow design, and systems implementation
- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering on internal platforms or operational tooling
- Ability to navigate fast-paced, ambiguous environments from strategy through execution
