Director of Technical Enablement

Job Summary

Leading the Technical Enablement function, the full-time remote Director of Technical Enablement will set and execute the strategy, manage performance, and drive organizational capability across various teams to ensure technical readiness and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Set and execute the Technical Enablement function's strategy and operating plan aligned with company priorities
• Direct management of assigned teams, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and resource allocation
• Establish and maintain a role-based competency matrix and scalable training curriculum to enhance technical readiness across global teams

Required qualifications:

• 8-12+ years of experience in technical enablement or related fields, with formal people leadership responsibilities
• Proven track record of setting functional strategy and achieving measurable outcomes over a 12+ month horizon
• Experience managing a functional budget and making impactful resource allocation decisions
• Strong background in B2B SaaS or cloud environments with expertise in complex technical architectures
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and establish accountability systems while balancing short-term and long-term goals
