Job Summary
Leading client onboarding and managing the technical implementation team, the full-time remote Director of Technical Implementation will oversee a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise implementations, ensuring timely and accurate launches while standardizing processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and develop the technical implementation team, ensuring clear ownership of projects
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent implementations, from requirements to go-live
- Standardize implementation processes and documentation to enhance quality and repeatability
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in technical implementation, technical operations, or SaaS delivery, with 3+ years in a management role
- Experience designing team processes and tracking systems for implementation visibility
- Healthcare implementation expertise, including work with eligibility and claims files
- Hands-on experience with file and integration setup and troubleshooting data issues
- Proven ability to communicate implementation status and technical requirements to diverse stakeholders
