Director of Technical Operations
Job Summary
To support a growing Electronic Security Services team, the full-time salaried Director of Technical Operations will manage design and integration strategies, oversee financial targets, and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class customer service and manage customer satisfaction scores for projects and services
- Develop Tech Ops strategies, assist with fiscal operating plans, and manage departmental budgets
- Lead and retain high-caliber Tech Ops staff, overseeing all personnel management including hiring and performance reviews
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in operations functions within high technology, electronics/AV manufacturing/integration, or IT
- Two years of leadership experience with P&L responsibility
- Experience with both in-house and outsourced AV manufacturing/integration
- Strong strategic planning and business analysis skills
- Effective time and task management skills with the ability to lead others
