Driving the CAPS AI-powered product roadmap, the full-time remote Director of Technical Product Management will oversee system availability, performance, and security features while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer trust and deliver innovative technical product marketing programs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the CAPS product roadmap and automate internal services using AI tools
- Create scalable technical messaging and positioning programs to promote cloud-scale architecture
- Represent Salesforce as a technical/AI subject matter expert in customer interactions and industry events
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical product management or a related field, preferably in high tech
- Strong background in cloud-scale architectures and technologies
- Experience applying AI for product and workflow automation
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and set a product vision
- Hands-on experience creating technical product assets, including presentations and marketing materials
