Director of Technical Program Management

Job Summary

Driving complex technical initiatives, the full-time Director of Technical Program Management will lead programs to deliver critical business goals and build large-scale products and platforms, while also expanding the TPM discipline within a remote-eligible environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the organization's TPM/Delivery strategy by establishing operating mechanisms and tooling that scale across portfolios
• Drive the development of program roadmaps aligned with business objectives and technical solutions, managing dependencies effectively
• Serve as an executive-level escalation point for program risks, influencing technology leaders to make data-driven tradeoffs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs
• Experience in building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services
• 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery methodologies
• 3+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs across cross-functional teams
