Director of Technical Program Management
Job Summary
Driving complex technical initiatives, the full-time Director of Technical Program Management will lead multi-year integration projects, define integration strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the TPM/Delivery strategy by establishing operating mechanisms and tooling across portfolios
- Drive the development of program roadmaps anchored in business objectives and technical solutions
- Serve as an executive-level escalation point for program risks, influencing technology leaders on trade-offs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs
- Experience in building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing, preferably AWS
- 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery and delivering large, complex programs
- Track record of building TPM maturity within engineering organizations
