Job Summary
Leading the delivery of PatientPoint's Ad Tech portfolio, the full-time remote Director of Technical Program Management will manage cross-functional programs, establish integrated planning and delivery health, and develop Technical Program Managers while addressing complex delivery challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Own integrated planning and delivery health across the Ad Tech portfolio, ensuring visibility into priorities, milestones, and risks
- Lead complex cross-functional programs, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to drive timely decisions and resolutions
- Coach and develop Technical Program Managers, setting clear expectations for leadership and accountability in program management
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical program, portfolio, or technology delivery leadership
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-team technology portfolios or programs
- Strong technical literacy with credibility among Product and Engineering leaders
- Deep experience in integrated planning, dependency management, and risk management
- Ability to operate effectively at both portfolio and hands-on delivery levels
