Director of Technology Management

Job Summary

Managing the implementation and customization of PeopleSoft software, the full-time remote Director of Technology Management will lead multiple projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery while overseeing team performance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional direction and oversight to project teams, managing implementation strategies and day-to-day operations
• Coordinate project dependencies and collaborate with external customers, vendors, and consultants to ensure successful project execution
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team, identifying strengths and areas for development

Required qualifications

• Close to 20 years of experience with PeopleSoft applications, including implementation and upgrade
• Global experience in technology solution delivery, particularly in EMEA, AsiaPac, Americas, and LATAM
• In-depth knowledge of accounting, statutory, and regulatory requirements related to PeopleSoft
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with executive-level stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and a highly organized approach to project management
