Director of Technology Risk Management

Job Summary

Leading the identification and management of technology risk across the enterprise, the full-time salaried Director of Technology Risk Management will drive a data-driven risk management approach, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and business objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the Technology Risk Management framework and translate regulatory expectations into actionable controls
• Oversee the identification and assessment of technology risks, delivering data-driven insights to senior leadership
• Enhance control maturity and ensure compliance with regulatory standards through continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Technology Risk, Cybersecurity, IT Audit, or related fields within financial services
• Proven experience in evolving risk programs and strong business partnership orientation
• Deep understanding of technology risk domains, including Cloud, Cybersecurity, and AI risks
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as FFIEC, NIST CSF, and SOX ITGC
• Bachelor's Degree and relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISSP)
