Director of Technology Services
Job Summary
The full-time salaried Director of Technology Services will provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise technology services, ensuring high-performance delivery while managing multiple teams and aligning with organizational priorities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Translate enterprise IT strategy into operational plans and oversee service performance and operational efficiency
- Partner with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders to enhance technology capabilities supporting patient care and regulatory compliance
- Lead full-cycle ERP implementations and manage Workday application release cycles and continuous improvement programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required; Master's Degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology or digital services
- 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams or managers
- Experience delivering enterprise technology services in healthcare or similarly regulated industries preferred
- Demonstrated leadership in ERP implementations and understanding of healthcare financial operations and regulatory requirements
