Job Summary
To strengthen and grow the YMCA movement, the full-time remote Director of Thriving Ys will manage specialized consulting services, operational improvement strategies, and collaborative support for local YMCAs and Alliances.
Key responsibilities
- Provide specialized consulting services to identify and implement operational improvement strategies for all Ys
- Facilitate projects with Service Partners and local YMCAs to develop and execute operational support plans
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned topics on Y-USA's knowledge platform, overseeing content curation and user engagement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; advanced degree strongly preferred
- 8-12 years of relevant experience required
- Expert functional skills and advanced industry knowledge
- Experience managing multiple teams or functions
- Strategic and operational decision-making authority
