Director of Total Rewards

Job Summary

To support a fast-growing workforce, the full-time salaried Director of Total Rewards will manage compensation, benefits, and equity programs remotely, ensuring they are competitive, fair, and easy to understand while leading the Total Rewards team through organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and oversee OpenLoop's compensation programs, including job architecture, salary ranges, and market pricing
• Administer benefits strategy and operations, including medical, dental, and 401(k) programs, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Lead pay equity analyses and harmonize compensation structures across subsidiaries and future acquisitions

Required Qualifications

• Proven total rewards leadership experience in both compensation and benefits
• Experience in a high-growth company with a track record of building job architecture and salary structures
• Hands-on experience administering private-company equity and knowledge of benefits compliance regulations
• Strong modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience using compensation survey data
• Clear communication skills to explain complex programs to various stakeholders
