Job Summary
To support a fast-growing workforce, the full-time remote Director of Total Rewards will manage compensation, benefits, and equity programs, ensuring they are competitive and easy to understand while leading the Total Rewards team.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage OpenLoop's compensation programs, including job architecture and salary ranges
- Administer the equity program and advise on pay decisions with data-backed recommendations
- Lead benefits strategy and operations, including annual renewals and compliance management
Required qualifications
- Experience leading total rewards in high-growth companies
- Proven track record in managing annual compensation cycles and job architecture
- Knowledge of benefits and pay compliance, including ERISA and ACA
- Strong modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with compensation survey data
- Effective communication skills for explaining complex programs to various stakeholders
