Director of Training and Development

Job Summary

Leading the training initiatives for a growing organization, the full-time remote Director of Training and Development will enhance employee knowledge and skills, drive operational efficiency, and foster a collaborative learning environment while managing the training team and partnering with company leaders.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement long-term training strategies to improve employee knowledge and skills
• Oversee the design and execution of onboarding and ongoing training programs, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Measure the impact of training on business outcomes and adjust programs based on performance metrics

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Computer Science, Marketing, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of leadership experience in technical training or support, preferably in the automotive industry
• Proven track record of running successful training programs with strategic consulting experience
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as TalentLMS and Salesforce Knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
