Director of Training and Readiness

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and execution of the Guide Training function, the full-time remote Director of Training and Readiness will manage the development of training programs, oversee readiness standards, and ensure continuous improvement in training outcomes for Guides serving members.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the operating plan for Guide Training, including ramp design and delivery standards
• Set and maintain readiness standards for Guides during their first 90 days, ensuring competency verification and successful transitions to member interactions
• Lead a team focused on curriculum development, measurement of training effectiveness, and continuous improvement based on outcome metrics

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in operational training or enablement, including managing teams
• Proven track record of building measurable training functions from the ground up
• Experience using outcome metrics to inform training design and operational programs
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage demand in a high-volume environment
• Fluency with AI tools to enhance training effectiveness and measurement
