Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Director of Transaction Advisory Services will perform comprehensive financial analysis, manage multiple projects, and act as a key point of contact for clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis to assess target company performance and identify risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with the team to evaluate deal structures and valuation methodologies based on market conditions and industry trends
• Prepare clear reports and presentations that effectively communicate complex financial information to clients and stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services or related areas
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial databases
• Excellent understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and deal structuring
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) is advantageous
