Director of Transaction Management

Job Summary

Leading transaction management for a Fortune 100 Technology account, the full-time remote Senior Director of Transaction Management will oversee service delivery, team management, and financial performance while developing strategic portfolio plans across North and South America.

Key responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for account management, ensuring exceptional client delivery and developing multi-year transaction roadmaps
• Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact for transaction management service delivery and contractual obligations
• Lead team recruitment and performance assessment, aligning team priorities with client business drivers while maintaining operational consistency

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Transaction Management or Corporate Leasing
• Proven track record in building portfolio strategies and managing multi-country account structures
• Strong financial modeling skills, including lease-vs-buy analysis and business case development
• Experience in a fast-paced technology or high-growth client environment
• Tertiary qualifications in Real Estate and/or Finance are advantageous
