Director of Transformation Operations

Job Summary

Seeking a proven transformation leader, the full-time Director of Transformation Operations will manage the Transformation Office operating system and enterprise transformation portfolio performance while working remotely to drive operational transformation and align initiatives with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Transformation Office operating system, governance cadence, and execution disciplines for effective enterprise transformation delivery
• Lead governance coordination for Transformation Operating Committee meetings and develop materials that drive actionable outcomes
• Produce executive-ready portfolio performance reporting, highlighting progress, risks, and areas requiring leadership intervention

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Operations, Strategy, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise program management, transformation office operations, or management consulting
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation and complex implementation programs
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing teams or individual contributors
• Experience developing executive-ready materials and working with senior leaders in a complex organization
