Job Summary
Leading translational activities for neurological and neuropsychiatric drug development, the full-time salaried Director of Translational Medicine will design biomarker strategies, manage clinical data delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support innovative therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designs and implements late development biomarker/translational plans and clinical protocols
- Determines appropriate assays and manages outsourcing of biomarker assay development
- Prepares and delivers internal and external presentations on translational and biomarker findings
Required Qualifications:
- PhD or MD/PhD in neuroscience with 10+ years of translational medicine experience
- 7+ years of late-stage clinical biomarker experience in biotech/pharma
- Recognized expertise in translational biomarkers within the neurology space
- Experience in late-stage drug development related to clinical trials
- Proven scientific and leadership expertise in managing projects and teams
