Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Director of Translational Pharmacokinetics, the role focuses on leading translational PK/PD modelling and pharmacometric strategies to influence drug development decisions, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities
- Leading translational PK/PD modelling and pharmacometric strategies across preclinical and clinical development programmes
- Advising clients on dose selection, clinical trial design, and development planning based on model-informed drug development principles
- Providing scientific leadership and mentoring to project teams while fostering technical excellence and innovation
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in translational sciences, PK/PD modelling, and pharmacometrics within biotech, pharmaceutical, or consulting environments
- Strong understanding of model-informed drug development and translational medicine principles
- Proficiency with industry-standard modelling tools such as NONMEM, Monolix, R, or Phoenix
- Experience supporting regulatory interactions and quantitative components of regulatory submissions
- Proven ability to lead scientific projects and mentor teams effectively
