Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Director of Utilities Consulting, this full-time remote position will drive the growth of the consulting business with utility clients by developing client relationships, leading business development efforts, and mentoring teams while ensuring successful client delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for Utilities, expanding client relationships and driving revenue growth
- Lead business development efforts, including opportunity qualification, solution strategy, and proposal development
- Provide executive oversight for consulting engagements, ensuring successful delivery and exceptional client outcomes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of consulting or professional services experience with a focus on business and technology transformation initiatives
- Significant experience working with utility clients and a strong understanding of the industry's operational and regulatory landscape
- Proven experience in leading and delivering consulting engagements in areas such as AI & Analytics, Digital Transformation, and Grid Modernization
- Demonstrated ability to develop executive-level client relationships and expand consulting opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
