Job Summary
Driving the growth of consulting services for utility clients, the full-time Director of Utilities Consulting will develop and execute business strategies, lead client engagements, and mentor teams while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies for Utilities, expanding client relationships and driving sustainable revenue growth
- Provide executive oversight for consulting engagements, ensuring successful delivery and exceptional client outcomes
- Build and scale the practice by recruiting talent, mentoring consultants, and establishing operational processes for long-term growth
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of consulting or professional services experience with a focus on business and technology transformation initiatives
- Significant experience working with utility clients and a strong understanding of the industry's operational and regulatory landscape
- Proven experience leading consulting engagements in areas like AI & Analytics, Digital Transformation, or Grid Modernization
- Demonstrated ability to develop executive-level client relationships and identify consulting opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
