Director of UX Design
Job Summary
Owning the overall user experience and product design direction, the remote Director of UX Design will manage UI/UX architecture, translate complex user needs into intuitive product experiences, and contribute to product strategy while building and leading the design organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall UI/UX architecture and product design direction across the product portfolio
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions and enhance user experiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to define user requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in product design, UX design, and architecture, particularly for B2B or B2X digital products
- Experience designing enterprise or data-intensive software for specialized professional users
- Strong proficiency with modern product design methodologies and tools, including AI-enabled design tools
- Ability to clearly articulate and defend design decisions to diverse stakeholders
- BS, MS, or advanced degree in Design, Engineering, Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent experience
