Director of Value Creation
Job Summary
To help build and scale a Value Creation practice, the full-time hybrid Director of Value Creation will lead value creation initiatives for private equity clients, develop operational improvement playbooks, and partner with executive leadership to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead value creation initiatives across CFGI's private equity clients and portfolio companies
- Develop value creation playbooks and operational improvement frameworks
- Oversee value capture tracking, benefits realization, and financial performance reporting
Required qualifications
- 6-10 years of professional experience in management consulting, value creation, or private equity operations
- 3-5 years of experience at a top management consulting firm (MBB) at a Manager-level position
- 3-5 years of operating experience within a private equity-backed portfolio company
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong project management and stakeholder management experience
